You have 30 days from the date of shipment to make a return of your purchase of Tailgolf.es
Place your shipment in its original packaging. In case this is not possible, use the most secure packaging possible.
Attach the address label to the package so that it is visible. If possible, place the return label over the original label, trying to hide the barcodes on the old label.
3. How to send the package back?
a) If the dimensions of the shipment are less than 120 × 60 × 60 cm, you can deliver your shipment to the closest delivery point to your address. Query here (Spain) our ServicePoints.

b) If the dimensions of the shipment are greater than 120 × 60 × 60 cm, contact DHL Parcel Customer Service by calling 902 12 70 70. They will provide you with a means of return.
4. Proof of delivery
At the time of delivery of your online order, you can choose between a proof of delivery by email.
In order to make an exchange or return, the following conditions must be met:
- All items must be in perfect condition with original tags and proof of purchase;
- In case of making the return with another shipping company that is not the one authorized by Tailgolf, we reserve the right not to reimburse the shipping costs. Tailgolf will not accept shipments with collection to recipient or cash on delivery.
The refund will be made in the same form of payment that you used for your purchase.
You will receive confirmation of the return by email once it has been made.
If more than 14 days pass and you do not have the refund in your account, please use this confirmation to present it to your bank so that they can help you expedite the process.
